1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between Galope GmbH & Co. KG (“Organizer”) and:
- ticket buyers and participants of the Equilumina event,
- trainers and course providers,
- event sponsors.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Tickets are sold directly by the Organizer. Purchases are processed via the external platform
“Cavago,” which handles the technical ordering and payment process. The contract is concluded exclusively
between the buyer and the Organizer.
3. Prices and Payment
All ticket prices include statutory VAT and are shown in Euros (EUR). Payment is possible by credit card.
4. Ticket Shipping
Tickets are shipped by post. Depending on the recipient, shipping may originate from Germany or
Switzerland. All shipping costs are fully covered by the Organizer.
5. Refunds & Withdrawal
In accordance with German law (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB), event tickets are excluded from the right of
withdrawal. Refunds are generally not possible.
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Upon request, customers may request a
refund.
6. Access & Participation Rules
Access to the event grounds is only permitted with a valid ticket. Horses may only be brought if a
dedicated horse ticket has been purchased. Dogs and other animals are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
7. Conduct on the Event Grounds
Visitors must treat all facilities and equipment responsibly. Damages—especially within the VIP camping
area—must be compensated.
8. Liability
Participation in the event is at the visitor’s own risk. The Organizer’s liability is limited to cases of
intent or gross negligence.
Horse owners are fully responsible for the safety, health and behavior of their horses, and for any
damage caused by them.
The Organizer accepts no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
9. Photo & Video Recordings
By entering the event grounds, visitors, participants, trainers, and sponsors agree that photo and video
recordings may be taken and published for documentation, promotion and future marketing purposes.
10. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred or handed over to other individuals.
11. Rules for Trainers & Sponsors
Trainers and sponsors are subject to separate agreements. These Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise
stated in writing in individual contracts.
12. Force Majeure
Situations of force majeure—such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or governmental
restrictions—may require safety measures, schedule adjustments, or cancellation. Legal regulations apply
in such cases.
13. Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the
Organizer’s registered office.
