Our website is hosted on a vServer provided by Echo AG. When accessing our website,
standard technical server log files are collected automatically, including:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in
ensuring the secure and stable operation of the website.

Our website may embed videos from the Vimeo platform.

6. Ticket Purchases & Event Participation
Ticket sales for the Equilumina event are handled via our partner Cavago
(Cavalos Equine Services Ltd.). All data entered during ticket purchase is processed directly by Cavago.
After the purchase, participant data is downloaded and processed by us to:
- send physical tickets
- provide participant information via email
- organise the event

- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract fulfilment
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in event management
7. Data Storage
Participant data received from Cavago is stored on our vServer
in a MySQL database and is used exclusively for the purposes described above.
8. Data Disclosure
Data is only shared when necessary to fulfil event-related obligations, such as shipping tickets.
No data is otherwise transferred to third parties.
